The Kamloops Fly Shop
The Kamloops Fly Shop is truly a world class fly fishing store. Here you will find the largest selection of fly fishing gear in the Interior and the most knowledgeable, helpful staff anywhere. Our rod room features 16' ceilings - flex a rod. Or snuggle up to the fireplace with coffee and a book. Upstairs you'll find our classroom facility, where you can learn rod building or fly tying. Ron Thompson- Owner/Manager
Ron has been fishing Kamloops area lakes since 1979. He started tying trout flies shortly after, and has been tying commercially for 20 years. He joined the Fly Shop staff in 2001, and became a partner in the business in May 2006. Ron enjoys tying as much as he enjoys fishing, and ties thousands of flies, including many locally-designed patterns, each year. |
